AoIR hosts preconf on Religion and the Internet

A preconference is scheduled for Oct 23rd on Religion and the Internet in conjunction with the Association of Internet Researchers Annual conference in Denver, CO. This preconference discusses theories and methodologies developing among those studying the intersection of world religions and communication technologies. In addition to presentations from leading figures in this scholarly area, participants are invited to share their work for discussion and development. The event will be held in the morning in Node Room-Schwayder Hall at the University of Denver C3 Studios. Cost will be $30 and is being organized by the Center for Media, Religion and Culture at the Univ. of Colorado-Boulder.
