Stefano Tardini

Stefano Tardini is researcher at the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Università della Svizzera italiana (USI, Lugano, Switzerland). He is also the managing director of eLab: eLearning Lab of USI. His research interests include ICT mediated communication, eReligion, eLearning, (online) communities and social networks, cultural semiotics and argumentation theory. He is currently developing his research in three interrelated directions: ICT mediated communication from a socio-historical perspective, the impact of the introduction of eLearning activities and tools into given communities, and a semiotic approach to online communities and social networks.
