Teresa Berger

I come to digital culture studies as someone trained both in theology and in liturgical studies. My research in the latter disciplines has focused mostly on their intersection with questions of gender (see my 2011 book, "Gender Differences and the Making of Liturgical History"). Over the last few years, I have also studied the migration of liturgical practices into digital social space. My new book on the subject, "@ Worship: Liturgical Practices in Digital Worlds" is off the press, from Routledge.
